2 Map

Use the festival's own map image (a screenshot or saved image is fine). Wider is better; it gets resized to at most 2000 px.

Tap the map to drop a pin for each stage, food or drink spot, and landmark. Drag a pin to move it. Tap a pin to rename it.

4 Walkways (optional)

Walking routes go straight across the map until you trace the real paths. Pick ✏️ Walkways on the map above, tap along a path, then Finish walkway. Paths that cross or touch link up.

Walking times: about how many minutes to walk straight across the whole map, left edge to right edge?

5 Schedule

One show per line: Stage | Time | Show | Days. Copying from a spreadsheet works too (tabs instead of bars). Days is optional, e.g. Sat or Fri Sat; leave it blank if a show runs every day. Write times like 9:30am or 2:15pm.
